Do not be deceived. Not everything that feels good is truly good.

In a world filled with noise, inspiration, entertainment, and endless spiritual alternatives, it has become increasingly easy for people to confuse what feels good with what is truly good. Today, more than ever, we must heed a simple but urgent warning:

Do not be deceived.

Something can feel sweet in the moment and still be unhealthy for your life—or your soul. Sugar is a perfect example: it tastes comforting and harmless, yet it can lead to addiction, weight issues, and long-term health problems. Its sweetness hides its cost.

Life’s emotional and spiritual “sweetness” works the same way.

Not every decision, opportunity, or influence that feels good in the moment leads to a healthy future. Many people chase what looks appealing or sounds empowering, only to realize later that it left them empty, wounded, and spiritually distant from God.

Just as sugar can damage your physical health, not every uplifting message, vibe, or idea is good for your soul. Plenty of things that feel right carry consequences we don’t see at first.

And spiritually, the stakes are even higher. Not every song, sermon, or inspiring voice is genuinely from God. You cannot replace Jesus with spirituality, positivity, or the temporary sweetness of life. Feeling good is not the same as being right with God.

Only Jesus Christ transforms your heart, your destiny, and your eternity.

You may not believe in Him now, but He is the One you need most—and the One you will one day realize you needed all along.

True transformation begins when you:

• Turn from pride

• Turn from sin

• Turn to Jesus Christ fully
